'esxi-host-name' connection with RPA 1 is down

Hi All,

I have a problem in my RPA cluster.

Today on plugin/dashboard showing error alert with message "esxi-host-name connection with RPA 1 down", category of error is splitter. Here is the screenshoot.

I already try to resolve this issue with this KB https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-id/000194841/recoverpoint-for-vms-5-3-sp2-splitters-losing-paths-to-rpas-which-may-lead-to-replication-down, but I haven't done the main workaround points yet because i don't have credential for running the main workarround on esxi host for now. Is the main workaround can affect on esxi host like a reboot or down time?

Anyone can explain me what's the problem and how to solve that issue?
