difference between a Add a copy and add replication set to consistency group in recover Point
Hello ,
I am a newby to Recoverpoint..What is the difference between Add a copy and add replication set to consistency group ..
As per admin guide 3.5 if found both of these too similar however confusing .??

Hi,
Add a Copy allows you to add Local or Remote copies to a specific CG. For instance, if your CG is being protected with a single Remote copy, you might choose to add a Local Copy or additional Remote Copies to increase protection level and offer additional Operational and Disaster recovery options.
On the other hand, Add a replication set allows you to protect additional source volumes part of the same Consistency Group. So if an application is being provisioned additional storage, you would Add a replication Set in order to protect the newly provisioned storage.
