Hello syeter07,

Which version of recoverpoint are you using as you didn’t state that in your post?  Also is this a brand new install or were you preforming updates when you received this error?  Which system are you using for your storage as that is not listed as well?

Hello Sam,

problem solved. you can follow the steps below.

Depending on the RPA version, go to one of the following files on the RPA (as root, edit with vi):

/home/kos/RPServers/apache-tomcat/webapps/deployer/WEB-INF/clusterLogic.properties

/var/lib/tomcat8/webapps/deployer/WEB-INF/clusterLogic.properties

/var/lib/tomcat9/webapps/deployer/WEB-INF/clusterLogic.properties

Change INSTALLATION_SERVER_DEFAULT_GET_TRANSACTION_TIMEOUT_IN_SEC value to a sufficient bigger value.

run "service tomcat9 restart" and wait for tomcat to load before retrying.

Thank you!
