Unconfigurable / Accessible Idrac Settings over Public remote access

Hello ,

I've a PowerEdge R630 Server , i did configure the iDRAC to be accessible over the internet with my domain ( ex .. idrac.x.com ) , i'm able to access the iDRAC normally like i could do in the lan access .

the issue is there's many parts not accessible or appear with a limited access or not giving any reading like the attached image showing

i think that's a security restriction but i couldn't find the settings needed to fix that issue

Note : i already know that is not secure and i should access the iDRAC privately our within a VPN connection .

Hi, remember, accessing iDRAC over the internet might not be secure and it’s recommended to access it privately or within a VPN connection. The most common way to access the iDRAC remotely over the internet is to use the dedicated network interface available on the iDRAC, which is not shared with the host operating system. This provides better security and performance for the iDRAC.
