Hi,
There isn't a document on EOL dates for servers. But there is an End of Service Life information. You can access to the information by entering the service tag as Joerg suggested link and click on Service Events tab. Uncheck slider of Only show active events, and it will show End of Service Life date. Usually, EoSL of PowerEdge in general are in 5 to 7 years of product purchase.
