Dell Digital Locker is an online repository where you can store and manage Dell Technologies software license keys. When you purchase a license, Dell Technologies sends an email with instructions to create a Dell Digital Locker account. Log in to your account at Dell Digital Locker to manage your license.

Dell Integrated System for Microsoft Azure Stack Hub comes with the following license:

• iDRAC: Dell Technologies embeds the iDRAC Enterprise Edition license in all your Dell Integrated System servers.

Retrieving your iDRAC licenses

To retrieve a license:

1. Go to Dell Digital Locker and click Sign In.
2. Sign in to your Dell My Account using the email address that was used at the time of purchase or that was used to assign your software licenses.
   For questions about creating or updating a Dell Digital Locker account, see Dell Order Support FAQs.
   If you cannot find your purchase order email or log in to your Dell Digital Locker, contact your sales team, find your order number, or request order support online.

if you to private message me the svc tag, as well as the company name or customer number that as well as your email contact details. If the license is present on our end we can look at resending it.

Hi Erman,

Any chance you can help me get my idrac9 enterprise license reimported I am getting the same error as above. I bought the server cash sale second hand and exported the idrac9 license from the server while playing with a trial idrac license. I figured I could just reimport it but I am getting the above error. This license is going right back on the exact same server it came from so not sure what the issue is. I dont have anything in dell digital locker because I bought this used second hand.

Hi Young,

I did fill out the ownership transfer form but am waiting for that to process. Is there any way to check on the status of that. Also I did not know anything about the previous company that owned it as it was bought of off a person that the company sold it to.
