I see that there is an accepted answer for this, but I am concerned that it will be of little help for a lot of users. Unfortunately, it provided no instruction on how to identify what the device is. By extension it provided no mechanism to identify how they knew what driver was required.
First off, for anyone encountering a similar issue, you may not even have a device that drivers can apply to here. The R760 has two accelerator slots. One is for Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). The other is for Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). If neither of these devices is present on the server, then the two accelerators will appear like this. This can be treated like any other white noise error. Windows sees the slots and expects something to be on the other end of them.
You can verify the presence of devices via the iDRAC. Login into iDRAC Enterprise, select System from the navbar at the top, then tap on Accelerators from the Overview menu. If there are no devices in either list, then you can ignore the unknown device messages in Device Manager.
If there is a device (or multiple) then ensure that drivers are updated for the device(s). As referenced below, you may also require the most recent Quick Assist Technology (QAT) drivers as well. You can find these at Dell support by entering in your Service Tag to bring up your device, and then search Drivers and Downloads for QAT.
Admittedly, I am not certain how the original respondent knew those drivers were required. Verifying the device information using the Hardware ID only led to an unknown Intel device on our system. Nonetheless, it certainly applies to the coprocessors. The most up to date version may be required if you have a GPU or FPGA on board and Windows does not recognize them in Device Manager.
If there are no devices present, I personally recommend that you refrain from uninstalling or disabling the devices to suppress any messages related to the unknown devices. Leaving them as-is may make it easier to add the hardware later.
