Trying to create a first-time login on CertTracker?
All the information needed to log into CertTracker for the first time (i.e. candidate ID, registration number, etc.) is found on your exam or test score report. Please send an email to EdServices@emc.com if you no longer have your score report and an account recovery email will be sent. Note: it takes 24 - 48 hours for the data to transfer from the testing center to your CertTracker account. You will not be able to create a first time log in until your results have downloaded into your account.
