Transparent horizontal lines and color distortion on my monitor

Hi,

I had bought a Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor on 20 June, 2014 from Flipkart(Online). However, since yesterday all of a sudden there are transparent horizontal lines flickering, fuzziness and color distortion on the right side of my monitor from top to bottom. I have followed all the advice given here: http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/04/SLN130763/EN

I have tried adjusting the resolution, I have checked all connections, I updated all display drivers (NVIDIA), Ive tried to connect another computer with HDMI, DVI, VGA cables, but nothing changes. I have even updated the BIOS. There is a transparent horizontal line flickering, fuzziness and color distortion on the right side of my monitor no matter what I do.

I'm within 3 Years Dell India Warranty period, So please replace my monitor.
