Transfer ownership problem

Hello,

I've bought my Dell laptop from Malaysia, but I reside in the States. It seems that the laptop is not registered under the name of the store I bought it from. Now, it is not possible for me to transfer the ownership in order to get onsite hardware support (without warranty). Moreover, the store does not exist anymore!

Nobody on the phone support would help me out, I am wondering what am I supposed to do as my laptop needs parts replacement.

I would appreciate any help.
