Projector
I have a Dell 1200 projector. I replaced the lamp in it and the lamp casing. For 1 it does not stay on no more for 2 it smells like it's burning for 3 it's showing a dark picture. It cuts off after a few minutes of showing a picture. Help please.

Here are some troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure the lamp and lamp casing are compatible with your projector model and were installed correctly. Consult the user manual for guidance.
2. Make sure the projector has proper ventilation and isn't overheating. Clean any dust from the vents and fans.
3. Reset the lamp timer if you haven't already. This is usually done through the projector's menu settings. 4. Check the projector's settings, such as brightness and contrast, to see if they are causing the dark picture.
5. Inspect the projector's internal components for any visible damage or loose connections.
