Lamp end of life message still showing

Hello,

I am running into issues with our Dell 7700HD projector. We recently changed the bulb and reset the timer. When I reset the projector after resetting the timer, we still receive the " Lamp may fail soon! Replacement suggested! message, lamp replacement may be necessary." This has been after two consecutive bulb changes to try to see if it is a bad bulb or not. Both were new, same error.

Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I can take to help remove this error message?
