DELL S520 Touch functionality does not work with Surface Pro?

Hello,

My organization recently purchased several S520 projectors for use in our conference rooms. They work great, with the exception of our Surface Pro tablets - the touchscreen does not work with these systems, which is troublesome, as most of our executives use them as their main computer. Has anyone run into this issue, and if so, how is it fixed?
