Dell S500wi Projector lost web password

There are MULTIPLE postings for this issue over the years and not ONE response.... the manual says "if lost password contact Dell support" can we please get a answer?!?!?!?!?!?

I have taken over from a previous IT regime and i am locked out of 8 of these projectors on the web interface. Tried a factory reset etc and the default password does not work. no one around knows what it could even be and there has got to be a way to reset this. All of them have various issues that i need to get into the menus for. I realize these are now old but we are a nonprofit and are not going to throw money away on gear when we have some that are still "kind of" working. Can you please just finally post how to reset the web admin?
