Dell Active Stylus – for Venue 10 Pro Nib/Tip Broke.

The tip/nib on my Dell Venue 10 Pro Stylus has broken off.  So far I had one person tell me they do not offer replacement nibs.  Is there any info on this?  Otherwise I have to return this pen every time the tip breaks, or wears down, or spend another $40.
