7700FullHD - No audio over HDMI

Hi all

We've recently installed a new 7700FullHD projector and am having a problem getting audio to work over the HDMI.

It seems the issue may be related to using Intel HD graphics card, as the audio will not work on a Vostro 3500 that uses the 4000 series, and a Mac Mini that uses the 3000 series. If I plug a Macbook in that is using an Nvidia card the audio works perfectly fine.

If I plug the Vostro into a TV using HDMI the audio works fine, it just won't work on this projector.

Anyone had any ideas? I thought maybe a firmware upgrade would help since it's running M0R001 and M0R003 is the latest, but I can't even upgrade it. After the 10mins wait of it updating and claiming it was successful, the projector still says it's using M0R001.

Does anyone have any suggestions of what else to try, or if this is a known problem with this projector?
