1610HD projector poor image quality

   I am currently using my projector to view videos via the HDMI input source. I have tried apple tv, roku, Windows tablet, and laptop. They all will not give me a sharp image on screen. I think I have tried all settings available to me to help produce a sharp image but nothing I do helps much at all.

   Does it make any difference if the input source is HDMI or something else. I would think HDMI would be the best. Too, that is about the only way you can connect some of these devices I have used.

   I am using a matt screen that is 12' wide, so it is not a cheap screen causing the sharpness issue. It is as if all pictures are cloudy and hazy. I have focused and refocused countless times to no avail.

   Is it some issue with the projector itself, or is it me? How can I easily get in contact with Dell if it is the projector? The projector is only a year old and maybe 10 to 15 hours use on it.

   Thanks for any input, as of now I am not satisfied with the projector. Hopefully it is something I am not doing correctly.
