update never finishes
Dell Update Icon on the taskbar indicates that Update 1.9.20.0 "downloading update 1 of 1" but never finishes. I've had this indication for days. XPX 8910

After installing two drivers and Bios update 1.9.20.0 installed correctly

Does it say what the update is for on the computer? Also, it may be installed. If it is installed, then disregard the message.
