Hi mani kumar,

To use Intel Rapid Storage Technology again, you need to install the operating system with ISRT mode enabled in BIOS. You may download and copy Intel Rapid Storage driver to a USB flash drive before starting the OS installation, from the link: http://dell.to/119Wvsj. Please follow the steps below:

  • Initiate the operating system re-installation.
  • On ‘Where do you want to install Windows?’, click ‘Load Driver’ to load Intel Rapid Storage driver. refer to the image below:
  • Connect the USB memory key and click Browse to locate the folder that contains the driver.
  • Continue with the operating system installation.
  • Once the operating system is re-installed, re-enable Intel Smart Response Technology.
  • Launch the Intel Rapid Storage Technology application and go to Accelerate tab.
  • Click Enable acceleration.

Keep me posted with the results. I will be glad to assist further.
