i bought a new dell laptop and then i reset the pc now i want to activate my microsoft office

The only "free" Microsoft office is only free for 30 days.  That comes with most new systems.  Anything beyond that requires buying a subscription to Office 365.  

If you have purchased a subscription with the system, use the same email address you used to purchase the system to create your Microsoft account.  You can then activate Office.
