Download Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials
Hello,
I have a brand new XPS 8900. I reinstalled the Operating System (after swapping the drive for an SSD). I wanted to reinstall the Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials, but have not been able to download it. (I can't use the downloaded O/S image, which I assume will have the sfw, because the new drive is smaller.)
I have read to download it from "My Dell Downloads"
https://smartsource.dell.com/web/UserForms/RegisterSystem.aspx
However, when I click on "Register System", nothing happens. I have an older Dell that does do something when I click this. But no luck on this new windows 10 XPS 8900.
How do I download Cyberlink Media Suite Essentials?
Thanks for any help.

swjohnson,
My Dell Downloads is the only place to download the software. Only Internet Explorer is supported on the Dell Download site. It should not matter what type of hard drive you have windows installed.
For me to better assist in troubleshooting, please click my DELL-Jesse L and send me a Private Message with the Dell Service Tag number and your Dell Order number.
You would click my name in blue, then on the next page in the upper right corner, click the words "send private message"

Hi DELL-Jesse L,
Thanks for your response. If I click on your name, there is no part of the screen that says "Send Private Message". I looked at the page source, and the word "Private" does not appear anywhere. If I click on Messages and create a new private message, it says "No matches are found." I do recall the forum looking like that years ago -- I assume it has changed :-) Please send me a private message.
Thanks again for your offer of help.
