How to stop printing the instructional page for the two sided printing
Hi.
I'm usign a 1720 laser printer and everytime I print something using 2-sided printing I get a page specifying how I have to put the pages back in the paper bin to print the "back" side of each paper.
Can anyone tell me how to stop printing this instructional page because I'm loosing paper and ink everytime I print something. Moreover in our office there are more than 30 of this printers and everybody prints 6 or for 7 documents per day so you can do the math of how many pages we are loosing by the end of the month.
Thanks!

Select your printer
select printing preferences
select advanced
uncheck the box print instructions to assist in reloading.

This totally doesn't work. There is no box that says "print instructions to assist in reloading." Could you please post a fix that works? Thanks.

Not sure if it's the same as the 1720 but for the 1700, Dell has 2 sets of drivers.. 1700 and 1700 (XL). Do NOT use the 1700 (XL) drivers, they do not give the option to disable 2-sided printing. Use the NON XL Driver.
