E525w, paper jam
I followed the directions to open the rear hatch to pull out the paper from the printer, however MY paper jam is right in middle where the front roller is. There is no way to reach from the back as the paper is not even visible. The top lid of the printer where the scanner is at does not even open more then half way. How do I even reach that piece of paper to pull it out?

Here's a picture of the jam. Not even calling customer support or even the dell link to fix a paper jam has helped!

SHOWS how to clear the front part of the paper jam. The only documentation they have is opening the rear cover which cannot reach the paper that is stuck in the front right below the scanner unit. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem of the paper jam where I cannot access from the front or the back. Has anyone found a solution. THanks.

I was able to remove the paper using a pair of point nosed pliers... tugging first on one side, then the other and finally in the middle. Had a few small tear at first, but then with gentle firm tugging was able to get the whole piece out. Many thanks for the photo above as it alerted me to where the jam was... it most certainly was not visible from the back!! Hoorah! Turned printer back on and got a nice copy out with no problem..
