E525w Internal Paper Jam

Hi,

I have a problem with my printer.  I have a paper jam, but I can't get to the last 1/4 sheet of paper to remove it.  There is no paper sticking out to grab from the front or back.  I have attached a photo for reference.

The photo shows the back of the printer with the door open.  Between the blue levers there is a plastic screen with a bunch of vertical slits (slots?).  Behind that black plastic part, the jammed paper is wrapped around a roller and isn't accessible (easily).  I can manually feed a piece of light card stock through the printer front to back or back to front, but that doesn't move the stuck paper.

How can I access this roller to remove the partial piece of paper.  The stuck paper is a full width of an 8-1/2"x11" sheet, but it is only about a quarter of the length.  I might be able to tear tiny pieces off with tweezers and pull them through the slots, but that will probably leave small pieces behind to gum up the works.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  This has been a great printer and I hope to keep it alive.
