dell h625cdw duplex printing problem

I just set up a dell h625cdw MFP on a home network.  Print commands from MS Office programs on my Desktop (an XPS 8700 running Win 10 Home) do not recognize this as a duplex printer and I can only print two sided manually.  Print commands from MS Office programs on my laptop (Surface Book running Win 10 Pro) DO recognize the printer's duplex capacity.  I've tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it on my desktop computer, but it is still not recognized as a duplex capable printer.  Other functionality seems fine.  Any suggestions?

Can you go into the printer properties and verify the driver version and compare between your desktop and laptop configs?

Yes... and that was the trick: Desktop installed with the PCL6 driver.  When I replaced it with the XPS driver everyone smiled.  Thanks for the pointer.

I think I have the same problem. How do I replace the PCL6 driver with XPS?
