Precision 5540 - Bluetooth Not Working Device Descriptor Failed in Device Manager

I have a integrated wifi and Bluetooth card installed but BIOS doesn't detect the card. I have tried every thing every troubleshooting technique but in Windows device Manager i see the Bluetooth device is unknown and has descriptor failed error . The Bluetooth was working before but now its not. The wifi card installed is Intel Ac 8260 with wifi and Bluetooth. If anyone knows how he solved thia issue, please come forward and help.
