Power/Sleep settings cannot disable screen blank -- 7770 with WD19DCS dock

There is something not working with these docks and 77x0 machines

I have 3 devices 

2 7770 one 12th other 13thgen 

1 7780 13th gen cpu

I use the wd19dcs docks as well

EVERYONE of these machines has some issue with sleep were it shuts down and then can't recover so has to restart..its annoying so much that I bought another laptop the 7780 but the same thing happens to it.

I think the 12th gen 7770 machine is something else wrong with it as it bsod frequently.

It's a shame dell made such a mess with these. You have to be vigilant and close down properly  like a  win95 machine from near 30 years ago.

I have the support service pack on all machines but remote support isn't working to solve the issues and dell don't take devices for bsod for repair. We have done alot regarding bios updates/Dock firmwares etc to no avail.

I have a spare laptop now so maybe they will redeem themselves by taking it in for repair.

I'm not angry.. just disappointe.
