Pink videos on Dell 3541

I own two mobile workstations dell precision. one 3530 and one 3541 and I have the same problem on both.
the pink color is overly on the video (at the same time also covering a possible menu that partially covers the video). I attached the screenshot.
the same thing happens with games or any 3d application

The screenshot are made on a monitor but the problem persists on workstation display.

Please help
