issue I am facing with my laptop, model [Precision 7540], regarding the Sleep Mode.

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to report an ongoing issue I am facing with my laptop, model [Precision 7540], regarding the Sleep Mode. When the device enters Sleep Mode, I am unable to wake it up again. The screen remains black and unresponsive, although the power button is lit, and the keyboard is also illuminated. It seems that the device is powered on, but the screen fails to function.

I have updated all the drivers from the official Dell website, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I have attempted several times to troubleshoot and resolve the problem, but all my efforts have been in vain, causing a significant disruption to my daily work and increasing the stress I am under.

I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this technical issue. I heavily rely on this device for my daily tasks, and any delay in fixing it will negatively impact my productivity.
