Disable System Password in Dell Precision 3590

Hello, I am trying to disable system password in Dell Precision 3590. Can someone please help me? I tried entering the BIOS password and leave the confirm password empty, then enter and save changes But didn't do anything. It keeps asking to ender that password that I set up. How to disable it?
