BIOS 1.21.1 update fail
I am getting a popup from Bitdefender when this tries to install.Unfortunately a second message replaces the first before I can copy it, and do not find it in Bidtdefender notifications. It looks like it is naming a specific file as "potentially unwanted application". The filename is appears to be mostly random letters and numbers, but again it disappears to quickly to catch.
Command update history shows this: Dell Precision 3450 System BIOS - 1.21.1 - 48.76 MB - Critical - Unable to install
System and applications are otherwise current.

I received a new prompt from Command Update tonight, and the install completed normally with 1.21.1.
Mahalo for reading and responding!

When you are at the BIOS firmware download page, scroll down and expand the installation instruction. Review the process for F12, flashing the BIOS outside operating system using a USB drive.

I have almost the same problem in downloading and installing a BIOS update. I receive a message from Bitdefender specifying that DBUtilDrv2.Sys has been identified as an unwanted application. System and everything else is current.
