PowerVault MD3260f Locked down due to detected corruption in the primary database

Hello,

We have Dell PowerVault MD3620f with controllers in lock down mode and we dont know what we can do.

Console does not take any commands.

And there is nothing we can do with MDSS

Anyone experienced that?

Baczkus,

It would depend on the importance of the data.

If you need to save the data then you will need to call in to support to clear the lockdown, without loss of data.

If the data isn't important then you would need to search the web for

lemmeclear commands to clear lockdown

if you prefer to clear on your own, which if not done correctly it can result in data loss.

Let me know if this helps.

We managed to clear lockdown via Serial Console and wipe all config data.

Thank you
