Hello Nicola,
What issue are you having with your MD3000? If you look at the recovery guru in MDSM what is it stating that the errors that you are having?
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Sam,
We have an hdd in fail (hotspare in use) and a raid controller module offline.
Can I send you the logs (support information)?
