Powerstore alerts since update

My hosts only connect to the Powerstore 1000t over fiber channel. I applied the latest update yesterday. It caused major alerts to go off when it was finished. it refences all these ports that are down on 'Default Storage Network'.  I have never used these ports and they were never connected. I acknowledged them but I want to update the drive firmware. When i go to do that, upgrade is greyed out and it says go to system test and run it. The system test fails with these alerts. I can't delete this 'Default Storage Network' or disable it. Not sure what to do.
