Firewall rules to config supportassist in powerstore storage

Hi,

Any idea of destination URLs which need to be opened outbound connection from a powerstore storage through ports 443 & 8443 to configure supportassist using connect directly method. I found below KB article which explains requirements. But it only states to open outbound traffic and no idea on any destination URLs or public IPs.

https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/en-us/powerstore-9000t/pwrstr-plang/requirements-for-support-connectivity-using-connect-directly?guid=guid-c7e44615-e0f7-4a2d-9167-4ae980ad36ca&lang=en-us

Thanks,

Yes it is.

Most of my customers only have one single unit so we implement "direct without remote".

"SupportAssist" is Dell speech and SRS is EMC one.  Why you didnt get those infos from the reployment team? Here the Powerstore isnt available for customer install and you need a certified person/organization.
