Powerpath/VE upgrade path from sp1 to sp2?

We currently run Vmware Esxi 4.0 and have powerpath sp1 installed.  We plan to move to 4.1 shortly and sp1 is not supported with 4.1 esxi, and sp2 is not supported on 4.0.  what is the best way to proceed in installing 4.1 with powerpath installed.

The only path i can think of currently would be to uninstall powerpath upgrade to 4.1 then install PPsp2.  I just want to know the supported/recommended upgrade path for PP going from esxi 4.0 w/ sp1 to 4.1 sp2.
