PowerPath recover the dead path how to

I am using the Solaris 9, find one of HBA connect to san switch is dead path, then I replace the san switch and load the configuration, then check the san switch port is up, next I do the powermt restore , to resume dead to alive, but still not come alive on the hba,  I can see the orange led is flash , but still not to connect on the hba and dead path by powermnt path 

Please advice if there is any way to resume,
