PowerPath not showing HBA's with R2

I have 2 servers, both W2K3 SP2 R2. Lates drivers installed for QLogic HBA's and the QLogic software can see both HBA's. EMC Navisphere Server Utility can see both HBA's. PowerPath version 5.2 or 5.1 cannot see the HBA's. Is there something with W2K3 with SP2/R2 that is preventing this? I have a server with W2K3 SP2 and all works fine.

Just wondering if I need to do something special with W2K3 SP2 with R2
