In most cases, such an error indicates network issues with your ESXi. Can you please try to ping/SSH from your ESXi host to the SVM IP addresses? The issue might be with the VLAN tagging, incorrect PortGroups or IP addresses, so please make sure everything is working fine from networking perspective.
