Windows 2008 RDP Logging Users Off

Just migrated to Windows 2008 and have a behavioral issue we're trying to adjust. With 2003, we could have the administrative account logged in via RPD at the same time it is logged in on the console. However, in 2008, when administrator is logged in, the administrator that is on the console gets logged off. Where can I find the setting either through gpedit or other that can allow the administrator account to be concurrently logged on through console and RDP?
