Poweredge 4600 and server 2008 install

Question

Hi there I have an old Poweredge 4600 server.
It has 4GB X 1GB chips in it.
I'm trying to load Windows server 2008 on it as that's the last 32 bit OS made.

Now it goes through the Embedded Server Management thing and then a BIOS thing and promts to hit F1 to continue or F2 to go to setup. But then I run in to trouble it comes up limited to 256 MB but server 2008 needs 512MB at least to install. I have seen server 2008 on a Dell Poweredge 4600 on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNlQ0Hs3C2w so I know it can be done.
Any ideas how?

There is a setting in the bios called 'OS install mode' make sure this is set to off.
