Hi there,
I have a problem with my server Dell because after the bios i have to strike F1 to continue the boot to windows. It's a problem because i have to do it manually.
The message wich appear is : "Bios installed Successfully" as you can see
The other message about BMC was strange so i put some pics of it too :
So how can i disable this message ?
Thanx for help.

Vylco,
The error is generally caused from an unknown device being attached to the system, a port with no device attached that is enabled, or even sometimes by a BIOS update. This error can also be caused by a boot device that is not utilized but takes priority over the desired boot device. Or it is a device installed, but not enabled.
The first place to check would be to ensure no media is present in floppy drives (if installed), optical drives, or USB devices attached to server.
After that I would verify BIOS settings.

To get specific about Chris' reply ... check your onboard SATA ports in the BIOS. If you don't have some other message during POST indicating a possible problem (fans, etc.), then this is most often a SATA port turned on with nothing physically connected to it.
