CPU Fan is not working on Auto Speed
Hi I have a Power Edge T130 which I was using for Unifi Controller but I also Installed Plex Media Server App as well and added 2 x 8TB Drivers with Windows Server 2016 RAID 1.
The Issue is the CPU Fan sits at 1200 rpm in ideal with Temps of 26-34 Deg. But when the CPU is in 100% use the CPU Temp reaches 50+ but the Fan still still at 1200 rpm it's not increasing the Speed to do the cooling. And eventually causing the Server to Shutdown.
Thermal Profile: Maximum Performance
Fan Speed Offset: Off
Minimum Fan Speed: Default (5% PWM)

I would try shutting the server off, then unplugging it. Once it is off and unplugged, hold the power button down for around 30 seconds. This should force the system management equipment to restart and helps with a lot of fan behaviors.

I followed the same but still the Fans don't speed up once the CPU temp start increasing.

When you first power on the server and the fans activate, do they spin up to maximum then, does it complain about the iDRAC not responding, or does it exhibit the same behavior?
