The Raid config is stored within the H330 and also on the Disks.  Both are not effected when a systemboard is replaced.  There is possilbe danger from other sides:

  1. Is Secureboot enabled and used
  2. TPM related stuff (effect secure boot)
  3. If your STAG change than iDRAC license will not work any more
  4. The normals stuff like like BIOS Settings and Boot order

You can exports the system configuration. Be sure that you dont override your RAID when importing a Server config again.

Regards,
Joerg

Hello, you said you can't boot from the BOSS card. Did it happen all of a sudden? When did this happen?

The video here will walk you through configuring the Virtual Disk on the Boss card, which is needed for it to be seen for booting.

Hello, this is the article you can follow:

https://dell.to/3WY65AQ

however at this point, I’m also thinking if that doesn’t work, there might be some hardware fault that you might need a replacement of (Could be the mainboard DOA, could be the BOSS card.)

UEFI or HII RAID configuration utility

The Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) RAID configuration utility is a storage management application integrated into the system BIOS <F2>. It is used to configure and manage RAID disk groups, virtual disks, and physical disks. This utility is independent of the operating system.

Could you please raise an official ticket through https://dell.to/3WYvFp8? That way you can also have a second opinion on getting a replacement.
