r420 raid setup via command line
Is it possible to provision the storage, make a Virtual Disk via the UEFI via command line? I have a lot of servers that were sent with the wrong storage config and I wanted to configure them all with a script. We do this for the iDRAC via racadm commands. Is there an equivalent?

Hello Doug
You should still be able to do this via the RACADM commands via your DRAC. I'm not familiar with the UEFI command line interface. If you are having issues with that then let me know where the problem is and I'll see how I can help.
If you would like to provide more information on this interface I will look into it.
Thanks

Thanks, I've looked for documentation via google but I'm coming up short. If you could steer me in towards the doc that describes doing provisioning the storage, I'll have a go at it and hit you up if I get stuck.

Ok, found the CLI guide and the user guide for the iDRAC7 enterprise, but all I could find in the cli guid was viewing info, not deleting a Vdisk and creating a new one, which is what I need to do.

You are correct, the RACADM command set does not have a function for deleting/creating arrays. I'm not sure why we left these commands out of RACADM, but my guess would be that it is expect you will be using some form of deployment when performing these actions. Here is a white paper discussing one of the deployment methods that will allow you to script through the iDRAC to the LCC for deployment:
http://media.community.dell.com/en/dtc/attach/lifecycle_controller_1_5_web_services_interface_guide_for_windows_1.2.pdf
You can also run commands/scrips through the deployment toolkit(DTK) that will perform array creation/deletion. I'm not sure how you are deploying the OS, but if you are using the LCC to deploy then there is an option for array creation during deployment that will allow you to change the virtual disk.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks

Thanks Daniel,
We're using cobbler to get CentOS 6 on the server via pxe boot. Is there a linux version of the lifecycle_controller by chance? We're pretty much a linux only shop.

Yes, here are some reference materials for Linux and performing the script:
