Hi,

If you ordered no Raid-Controller card then you have to use the Onboard PERC S110 Raid-Controller to configure.

Manual: https://dell.to/3nUoD0F

Please provide Feedback if your question is solved or if you need further assistance from me.

Regards Martin

Hmm ok, then I had some further questions.

Is this the original Disk?

What disk exactly?

on which port connected?

Pics and Screenshots would be helpful.

Hi,

integrated and not possible to deselect in any configuration, so this controller is always available if no RAID card is installed.

Is it integrated with the Motherboard or an external piece?

Hi,

so the Disk is connected to the Backplane correct?

https://dell.to/3hvoXAU

Please use for testing only the HDD.

Check Raid-Controller Setup and provide me Screenshot Links from there because the PSA could not detect HDD on the Backplane.

Please ensure that the Backplane is correctly connected.

Check also the in BIOS the Drive Menue if all Disks are enabled.

I need the Model Name from the HDD, too.

regards Martin
