What storage controller you have on the server? Looks like one of the disk in the virtual disk is failed. If you have access to iDRAC can you check all physical disk status. you can also check this on PERC configuration utility during POST. You can also check each drive LED code to see the status. Refer below link for details
If drive is failed then you need to replace the drive as virtual disk is in degraded state one more drive failure will end of virtual disk failure and data lost

And while replacing the drive, please ensure that the new disk is of the same type and family as the existing drives in the VD.
The steps to replace the failed drive will be as below.
