Unable to Install Windows Server 2016 on Dell PowerEdge T320: Hard Drives Not Detected During Installation

I am attempting to install Windows Server 2016 on my Dell PowerEdge T320 using a USB flash drive. During the installation process, the hard drives are not detected, preventing me from proceeding with the installation. I tried rebuild raid already two time, but no luck

  1. If you create a VD you should tick the checkbox for "Fast Init" to get the VD presented immediately
  2. It may be possible that you need to provide a Windows Device Driver when installing a OS.  So tell us which PERC or if a S120 ist installed in your PowerEdge.

A PowerEdge Server together with an iDRAC? and an update OsDriver Package can install an Windows Server and inject the needed driver during a installation. Yes i used my iDRAC last time when doing this but it should also possible when entering LCC directly in front of the Server.  Iam not sure if its working when having a non Dell Windows CD/ISO.

Hello, I would suggest that you use Lifecycle controller for the OS driver version.
DELL Driver Pack For Windows OS, v.22.11.00

These two links may help.
