Dear expert,

I just received an old Dell Chassis 1855. everything seem ok but now i have trouble at switch module: When i connect a port on switch module with laptop, the port on switch module up and work fine. I can ping from laptop to blade and blade to laptop. But when i connect a port on switch module with switch Cisco or any normal switchs the port on switch module down, no led blink :(.

I try config cisco port as mode access, mode trunk but it wasn't work.

i try with other ports on switch module but it's the same. my switch model is dell BMX-PHY 10 port

i try to connect to switch module throuht DRAC but: 

DRAC/MC:connect switch-1

THIS ACTION IS NOT ALLOWED - THIS MODULE DOES NOT SUPPORT SERIAL CONSOLE.

Can anyone help me this case.
