Hi,
I've looked into compatibility of T440 and ESXi version, the server supports 8.0.2 U2. And you are all up to date on BIOS and iDRAC, so that leaves out the possible cause that I can think of at the moment.
You started the logs with RAID Controller in the log trace, what is your RAID controller, and what is the firmware version?
There isn't much from the logs here, that I can suggest what causes the reboot. You may need to raise a case with the support to analyze the full iDRAC TSR logs together with ESXi logs to check in detail, what is the cause. We can't analyze the logs here in the community forum.

Also check environmental conditions. There was a case where in the evenings, the cleaning lady was plugging in her vacuum to the same electrical circuit that the server was on. When she powered it on, it caused a dip in power and the server would reboot.
